Use 给 + person + thing to say who gets what, e.g. 我给你钱 (I give you money).
我送你一本书。
I give you a book.
妈妈让我等她。
Mom told me to wait for her.
我告诉他，我很忙。
I told him that I am busy.
请你等我。
Please wait for me.
我给弟弟一个苹果。
I give my younger brother an apple.
