Today we meet two of HSK3's most important grammar points — 把 and 被 sentences!

Píngguǒ bèi wǒ chī le.

Today's Grammar
把 moves the object before the verb to emphasize the result; 被 marks a passive sentence.
我把水喝了。
I drank up the water.
苹果被我吃了。
The apple was eaten by me.
他一边骑自行车,一边唱歌。
He rides a bike while singing.
这件衣服很旧了,我想换一件新的。
This clothing is old now, I want to change to a new one.
我拿了一本词典。
I picked up a dictionary.
