Use 很 + physical-state adjective to describe how your body feels, e.g. 我很饿 (I am very hungry).
我的脚很疼。
My foot hurts a lot.
我很饿,也很渴。
I am very hungry, and also very thirsty.
她的头发很长。
Her hair is very long.
我的耳朵很疼。
My ear hurts a lot.
弟弟很瘦,我很胖。
My younger brother is thin, I am fat.
