比...还/更... is used for comparison with extra emphasis beyond plain 比, e.g. 他比我还诚实 (He is even more honest than me).
他比我还诚实。
He is even more honest than me.
这个孩子比那个孩子更粗心。
This child is even more careless than that child.
导游比我更了解这个城市。
The tour guide understands this city even better than me.
护士的工作比大夫的工作还忙。
A nurse's work is even busier than a doctor's work.
