不仅...而且... means "not only...but also...", and 不管...都... means "no matter what...still/all..."
他不仅诚实，而且很努力。
He is not only honest, but also very hard-working.
不管天气怎么样，我们都出发。
No matter what the weather is like, we will set off.
这条路不管怎么走都会堵车。
No matter how you go on this road, it will be jammed.
即使下雨，我们也要去参观长城。
Even if it rains, we still want to go visit the Great Wall.
既然你不敢去，那我一个人去吧。
Since you don't dare go, then I'll go alone.
